Byogarmonia is a platform for you to create your own practice with the different tools of several traditions, and have access to the in-person events that take place related to these practices.

How do I sign up for a membership?
To sign up for a membership, click on the “Sign Up” on the menu bar or on our homepage. Follow the instructions to create an account and choose the membership plan that suits your needs.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Absolutely! You can cancel your membership at any time without any cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
What styles of yoga are available?
We base our asana teaching on the Ashtanga method, a traditional, dynamic sequenced technique that concentrates on the breath, on the internal energetical locks (bandhas) and on the allignment. We’ll have traditional Ashtanga classes as well as classes focused on different poses and physical achievements.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes, we offer classes suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Do I need any special equipment to participate in the classes?
Most of our classes require basic yoga equipment like a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Some advanced classes may suggest additional props, but they are usually optional.
Can I download the classes for offline use?
Currently, our platform doesn’t support downloading classes. However, you can access them online anytime as long as you have an active membership.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through Paypal and bank transfer for membership payments.
